What’s the the details with the wrap? Was the original paint gloss and you got Xpel Stealth? Or a factory frozen and PPF’d?

The ultimate family mobile IF only the trunk were larger than a wallet. Wanted this as the wife mobile / family bus so bad but it’s just a nonstarter for folks with kids in strollers. If you don’t have those constraints and just need a 3 row, it’s the best on the market!

I went from a Yukon XL to this for a sporty family hauler. I wanted a 3rd row for flexibility. I’ve had it folded down pretty much since purchasing it a year ago. I haven’t put them up. It has a decent truck with them down.

Installing Flexishield PPF on XB7
All the color is good but this flexishield color is attractive and amazing, just install the ppf in karachi on this car.

Reviving an old thread, but any issues with your PPF installation after a few months? Just getting my XB7 in tomorrow and narrowing down on shop.

surfcali I just purchased the same spec in March, and live in the Northeast. Hoping you could answer a couple questions:
- Chrome Delete: did you find parts or did they do this as part of the PPF process? BMW told me they didn’t have OEM for the Alpina… - Tow Hitch: I need to install one but not thrilled with cutting away part of the diffuser. Was yours OEM or did you go with a 3rd party? I’m hoping for a stealth/removable option. Would be mostly for a bike rack but possibly a 20ft boat in the future. - Bike Rack: I need one that carries 4 bikes. Can’t tell if yours is 2 or 4. Any recs there? Appreciate any feedback from you or other posters. Love the wrap and I’m thinking hard about it myself… |
