Especially since some of us already have done the necessary coding on our own to activate this feature.

There is also legal liability. I spoke to an attorney friend and he said that basically BMW has to follow laws/regulations in place for the model year the car was built. They legally cannot change something in a car that was built a year, two or three ago that had a different regulation in place at the time it was built. Unless the government adds something in to a new regulation that requires or allows the mfg to go back and change it.

So don't hold your breath expecting BMW to send an OTA that enables the anti-dazzle headlights on our existing cars.

Gimmicky exterior styling but not BMW's worst.

Driving Assist Plus update?

Hello everyone.
New member here, looking for a MY2023 X7. Any update on the enhanced driving assist package for hands free freeway driving? Thanks.

Maybe I’m an outlier here, but I like the front end. Modern lights are moving to be smaller in size, and the designers found a way to embrace this with a modern body design in the front.

We enjoy the big curved display, although I don’t like the sharp corner top right side that “sticks out”. Wish there was a way to soften that a little with more curve, but it’s difficult to do that without making the bezel size bigger.
