Even without sport seats and only 35K miles, the leather in my '11 wagon is getting worn on the bolsters. The sport seats wear much faster.

Though that said, that does look like more than just normal wear. It doesn't take much - I let a friend of mine drive one of my Saabs on a several hour drive and some sort of buckle or something on his coat wore a spot like that in the seat back.

I put 100,000 kms on my Coral Red and bolster was just creased. Looks to me like your seat has been scratched. Those arent wear marks. Belt? steel logo on pants?

After reading 3 pages of posts about this issue, it seems pretty clear that your service shop caused the damage. There are no gradual wear indications in your photos. The damage appears to have happened very suddenly.
