The car's settings will not tell you it is just general information. We have not seen any built since April that did not have MGU22 so you don't have to worry assuming you are referring to the X7. The 430i of course will not have it from what we have seen.

Thanks, for the 430 I was thinking that perhaps they made a running change to the head unit and just haven't published that it was one of the cars that was upgraded.

I don't want 8.5. Just want access to heated seats and fan speed on the taskbar. Hopefully they can fix that with an 8.0 software push.

Can not update. And iD8.5 had been OTA by 07.2023. You can check by yourself If you had got the update.

8.5 OTA update from 8 only started within the last month.
