Why is everyone not seeing that this all started because of Jos?

Jos has a relationship with the woman, Jos also is backed by Marko.

Both Jos and Marko want Horner out, so they used the woman to do so.

Nothing on those texts suggested any sexual misconduct nor sexist comments.

She deserves ZERO. A prompt trip to HR would have squashed the problem she helped create before it got out of control. The embarrassment of admitting an affair with married Horner probably kept her from doing so. That's on her.

Also, AFAIK Horner never threatened her employment. Nor is there any evidence Horner used his position of authority to coerce THEIR relationship.
