Also, go in armed with all available discounts that you know of, even if they may not be officially offered in your market. That way you have an idea of what else should be on the table - and then ask for more . Good Luck!

I bit the bullet and signed on the dotted line! No RSE. Only 2K off. My new name is fiddle and I accept it. She went directly from the dealership to the body shop for her Xpel. Pictures will be posted soon.

you did the right thing. car prices are high right now and dealership don't have enough inventory. you won't get more than 5% maximum off right now. and even that's a stretch for any SUV.

When I picked mine up the dealer finance manager was telling me he noticed a huge uptick on business owners buying X5/X7, they had just sold their last inventory vehicle that morning. The new president will probably change the current setup where business owners can write the whole cost of a large SUV off in year 1...so combined with covid shortages this is putting a pressure on inventories. |

Just signed the papers for a 2020 40i fully loaded with 2 tone interior and BW sound.
Picking it up this week, meanwhile I gotta sort out a set of winters for the wife. 15% off MSRP and pretty happy with my trade in amount. |

Lease price.
Hello all this is my first time in a forum. I would like to thank everyone in advance. I am trying to get a 2021 BMW X7 M50i. I was quoted this price. I would like to know if this is a good deal or not. I am going through a broker. I live in NY. This is the quote. Everything rolled into my monthly payment. Taxes and all. $2550 up front including my first month payment. $1240 monthly payment. 36 months at 7.5k miles. The total MSRP of the vehicle is $107,455. Let me know. Thank you.

MSRP Discount off MSRP Incentives - eg lease credits Money factor/lease finance rate - 0.00082MF is base for Dec Residual - 7500k miles / should be 56% for 3 years (10K miles is 55% residual) What does the $2550 upfront include beyond 1st month (less $1240 = $1310) - is that acquisition fee, title/tags, etc. Or are those fees being rolled into your lease? Also assuming there's a broker fee included or on top? With that info you can plug that into lease calculator: https://leasehackr.com/calculator

Ok brother this is what the broker just told me. About 11% off the MSRP $500.00 incentive that's all I qualify for and the MF is what you quoted 00082MF. No other hidden fees just what I posted earlier. With that information does it sound like a good deal. Thank you once again. |

Yes when I ordered in early October I was able to get 10% off before incentives, and the deal had net no dealer doc fees (they had to show it was charged but then took an additional 699 off of the above). The sales manager was telling me he would not do the deal for an other order in mid November (asked for a cousin who was interested) when I went to pick up because there was a flurry of business buyers at the end of the year probably trying to get ahead of upcoming unfavorable tax changes.
If you find one on the lot at a dealer who needs to make a 2021 incentive quota you might be able to get an even better deal though. I hear inventory is pretty tight at the moment though. |

% off MSRP?
I'm beginning to negotiate for the purchase of a X7. It'll be ordered with a MSRP as Built of around $86K.
True Car lists an average of 7.5% off MSRP in my area for new X7s, however there's no differentiation between cars that are on the lot and those that are ordered. What would be a good figure to lead with in terms of % off MSRP when ordering a X7? |

Maybe I'm missing it but I'm looking to confirm the purchase offerings and the lead post has the Lease offerings.
I'm working deals on FY21 X7 M50i and I'm getting quoted $2.5k BMWFS APR Credit and $1.0k for Conquest Credit and the 1.9%/60mos APR deal thats being offered. I don't have USAA or PenFed, and the BMW Club requires a 6mos waiting period. Are there any other credits or rebates y'all can suggest? I'm in Houston TX. |

I took delivery in Sept at 10% off plus incentives on an ordered car. I didn't lease, so can't comment on the MF. This was with BMW of MV.
