Arrow BMW X7 Pickup on display at The Welt!

Saw this on FB... https://www.facebook.com/bmw.welt/

BMW's one-off X7 pickup (see more info).

It's on display right now at the BMW Welt. Can a X5 pickup be far behind?

Everyone knows you don't transport a motorcycle on either it's centerstand or sidestand.

Oh man, SUVs is one thing, but going to picks up is another.
The once-sedan-or-coupe-based BMW, will soon be selling mud trucks..... It's an outright "blasphemy" for us enthusiasts.

Garage List
The concept works for me, but the implementation of the X7 is clunky. Bed is too short, c-pillar looks chopped and abrupt.

Not great, not terrible) seriously, bmw is in business of making cars that make them money. I'll admit I want to see a truck from them. They were first to come up with modern SUV or SAV how they call it (x5), I want to see their take on the truck. Trucks are lifestyle vehicles for many buyers nowdays anyway, they don't have to handle huge loads but need to be comfortable and dare I say fun to drive. How about some s55 or s63 powered M truck?

Looks better to me than the X-3.

Doubt it will replace the F-150

But its not terrible looking unless it has ugly front which I don't see here.

I actually like it. It's way better than the Cybertruck!

What an abomination. If they want to destroy the X5/X7 reputation by creating a double entendre, by all means. But if they truly want to enter the luxury pickup market, or create one for that matter, they will need to be original instead of hacking the body of an already established SUV. It's been tried several times before, by American truck brands no less, with major failure.

Absolutely not!!! Never been a fan of pick up trucks (except for the tesla pick up tbh) but if BMW was to make one I would wanna see something way better than this honestly. :

For what this thing would cost, I'd rather buy a Raptor.

Key point now could be that a large majority of luxury car owners would never buy an American car or truck.

I know tons of people who would spend 90k+ on a Tesla or European car but wouldn't even consider spending 40k on a truck, especially if it's American.
