Starting to do some lease shopping for a 2021 or 2022 X7 xDrive 40i that is pretty well equipped ~$92k. Live in NJ. Anybody have a recent lease deal that they want to share? Already getting the lip service about being in a tough market, which I get, but…what are others seeing? Appreciate it.

I recently was able to get a build slot via broker.. its a very tough market at the moment.. most dealers are selling at msrp or above.. going thru a broker is prob. your best bet.

Ok, thanks. What's interesting is that I leased an X5 back in September and dealership wants to buy it back. Problem is they are not discounting the current inventory, so I lose on the new lease. Think I may try a broker…

Hello, I found a 21 x7 that someone didn't take the delivery due the family emergency or something.

The MSRP is $89,495.00.
I got it down to $81571.00 including APR and loyalty incentives.
Is this a good deal? This is only one left in my area otherwise I have to order a new one.

Also, if I take the APR incentive credit of $2K, I can't use BMW special financing offers?
The website says 1.9% for 60mos but the dealer is saying that if I choose this then I will lose the incentive. Does that sound right?

that seems like a really good deal.. about 9% off in todays market is extremely hard to get. If you like how its equipped then I would jump on it.. also yes as far as incentives you cant double dip.. meaning you cant get the apr credit and the 1.9 apr special.. crunch some numbers and see which works out to be a better deal for you. Also see if you're able to get a similar or better apr rate else where then you maybe be able to get the $2k credit from bmw and a decent apr rate from outside. GL

Selling price is fair. Kind of Great in this market actually. Keep in mind that 2022 models roll off the line in a month. So if that bothers you wait, but you obviously.

The 2k incentive you can take along with the 1.9% Incentives are regional so I assume you are talking about a 2k APR credit and the base 1.9%. If your region doesn't have that apr credit and only a cash credit then yes you can't take 2k cash credit and use BMWFS

It's a tactic the dealer uses. Dealers are allowed to markup the rate but My dealer never has.

Actually just reread and saw that price was including incentives. Brokers or loyalists can still get 9-10% on these. I think you might be in the 7% range now. If there is a low dealer fee and it's a car you like topped with the incentive and 1.9% go for it. Inventory is very very low on x7 right now.

Thanks. So total out the door is $86K flat. What do you think? That includes 4.15% tax and some fees. Yeah I figured that you can't double dip.

Thanks for the info. I don't they are willing go any lower. The reason I want to get it now is that they are offering a lot for my M4 as trade in. $6k above what Carmax and vin.com offered.

I'm getting 86K out the door which includes 4.15% tax, 699 processing, Title 122, and dealer license fee 142.89.

What do you think?

Go for it. The fact that your trade is at a value that you like makes the deal even better for you. Don't look back.

New to the forum but long time repeat BMW owner!

Prematurely sold our X5 as we are expecting #3 and are now scrambling to order (or buy) an X7. We are in the Boston area and can be patient for the right deal. Best we are getting so far is a $3,220 (4%) incentive for a $79,395 build.

Any tips on how we can do better?

I'm now up to a 4.7% discount with the dealer I used to buy my wife's X5. We have exclusively communicated over text - do you guys think that if I were to go in, I could get the deal done for a 7.5%+ discount? Contemplating going through a broker. Was also going to call Greg Poland today to see if we can get something done in that range (considering east coast shipping) with him as well.

Try Dan at Next level Auto Brokers. You can also call David Kreins at Hudson Valley BMW. Tell him Dennis from the BMW x7 forum sent you. 4.7%+ incentives in this market doesn't seem awful.
