I created a vacuum cleaner attachment to help with car detailing

I added the M3 gauge rings to my car an in doing so got some dust and lint in there. Every time I wipe up a fiber another is left behind.

So, I was brainstorming and thought about the little dental suction device. Obviously that's unrealistic ($$$) so I kinda forgot about it.

But later, I came up with something. I found a small vinyl tube - 1/8" id and 3/16" od. I then got a brass barb fitting with an id the same as the tube. I had to heat the tube to get it over the barb. I did this so I didn't have a bottle neck at the fitting. Then, I threaded it into a 2" pvc cap (pick the size that fits your vacuum). I chose to make a gasket with some rubber sheet that goes in the cap, sealing the cap to the hose. The suction holds it in place.

Use a MF cloth that doesn't have lint?

Necessity is the mother of invention. Red Neck engineering at its finest. Well done

There's lint/fiber that I can't reach as well.
