How much off MSRP?

Attachment 3406763

First off thanks to everyone on this forum - I think I have narrowed down to what we need. Found one at a dealer in Chicago area listed for MSRP - seems like most are seeing $8K off MSRP as market?

I suppose it’s a function of a car on a lot vs custom build, 60i vs 40, and buying the last of MY 2024 cars vs the MY 2025’s.

FWIW, I got $5,000 off MSRP for a custom build on a 2025 X7 M60i at a Chicagoland dealer. I originally had a ‘24 but swapped out the allocation for a ‘25 since it would have probably been the last ‘24 before they started cranking out the new 2025’s…

Our dealership in Colorado offered 8k plus 4k military with 95k msrp for one we ordered and is in production. They offered 10k off with 100k msrp for one on the lot.

Sorry, the SA is Tanner Mottau. Good guy and we didn't have to negotiate much to get that price. A little constructive feedback is he doesn't know much about the vehicle. We ordered ours with the 22's and he told us it would come with all-season, run flat tires. He also told us we had to finance through BMW to get the 4k military discount but I'm learning that's not the case. Wasn't a big deal since the BMW rates were higher than Navy Fed last month but now that's changed.

I really can't complain though.

As you probably found out, if you finance with BMWFS then the military incentive drops to $500.

The current 2.99% is not valid on custom orders, only on dealer stock.

You will want to double check the tires that come with it, I see no options for 22" all seasons for the X7.

The tire situation is not good on the 22s. Never seen anything like it… ~2500$ for a set of tires. Probably much cheaper to powder coat a set of wheels if you want the black wheels.

Yes, we later learned through our own research that we would need to buy all-season tires. Not sure it would have changed our mind, but it would have been nice to know. They were able to add the spare for the non-run flats just before it went into production.

The financing isn't going to be a big problem since we are doing 36mo for 4.54 from Navy Fed.
