Got screw on dealer
So I bought a 2013 328! Pre own , about 6 weeks , saw the first day I drove it to myhouse I felt it a bit wired and said to my self it most be my imagination , didn't drive it for two days I swap the rims from stuck to custom one I bought , so. I start driving it you not to close pleases nothing really far , so about two weeks ago I went upstate to visit my family , Nd had a major brake problem which I almost crash , so I call the dealer n tell them about my problem n they give me an appoiment to bring my car in , so before doing that I put the stock rims on it , and once the car was in the shop they tell me my rims are all bend n they have to be replace so I said ok it should be under the warranty right and they said let me check I call you back , so finally they call me the next day and told me that the brakes are going to be cover but not my rims n alignment. , that it would cost me about 2069 the rims alone pulse the alignment can you believe that wtf I only had the car for a month n I already need to spend money on it like that they crazy

If I were you I would push it and say why would you have purchased a car with bent rims. If they give you a hard time I would elevate it to bmw of america. You have the main problem handled at least, the brakes! But keep pushing, that's not cool for them to do that to you

I know right , I spoke to the service manager and to the owner of the dealer were I bought my car and they told me that it was not their problem basically , they gave me so many excuses That at the end all they told me was , that they would give me a coupon for the rims so that I get a discount and free alighment

this just happened to me, Except only one wheel was bent. I bought the car and two weeks later it was clicking and pulling. They wanted to charge me for it. I raised hell. and they paid for it. Fight for it, it's messed up they sold them to you that way.

Contract law is a bitch.
Reread your documents and their should be one that says "As-Is Where Is" If you signed that they owe you nothing. If you can get something out of it great... If not then move on. Also this is the E90 forums and not the F30 forums. |
