noise in the rear of the car ????help

Greetings I have a noise in the rear of the car and the area around the brakes, it sounds only when I stop and start the car and after 10 miles as it is noise. Take the car to the shop cleaning and adjustments made him brake said everything was fine and leaving the dealer rang again. The sound is like when a car has worn pads. Bmw 335i E92 2007, 34000 miles, original brakes

year of car, has it had its brakes replaced? Miles on car if not?
