Maybe because most of people who interested in white color will end up with white/navy blue full leather.

Mine is a "bmw individual", whatever that means. I didnt custom order anything and they are stock colors, so im not sure what makes it individual. But, the wheels say individual, the seats have a tag that says individual, and the door finishers light up "bmw individual".

Mine is artic grey metallic with ivory white ext. Merino leather.

I have the same color combo. Mine also says individual, but I always thought it was because I added the B&W on top of one of the packages that the normal configuration wouldn't allow.

To my knowledge, the Merino leather (grade) itself is considered 'individual'.

There is a set of wheels that also falls into the category 'individual' on the X7.

The door sills on the X7 will be showing 'Individual' with Merino if you do not opt for the M-Package. If you pick M, you get M door-sills.

So it all boils down to what is on your configuration. 'Individual' doesn't mean it's a special configuration on the X7 - more of a configuration that includes components from the 'individual' line.

I dont have the b&w stereo.

My options are...

Ivory white ext leather
Cold weather
Drivers assistance pro
Luxury seating pkg
Parking asst pkg
Premium pkg
22" 758i wheels
Trailor hitch

Do your wheels say "individual" on them. Mine do really small on one of the spokes.

Unless he has the same, I'd say no.

Only 758s are officially considered 'BMW Individual'-wheels.

BTW, those wheels also come with a 300 Euro upcharge in Germany over the other 22" wheels although they cost the same in the US. In Germany, 'individual' is even a bit more 'exclusive'...

The "Full" extended Merino leather is considered Individual. For MY2019, it's only the ivory and blue. MY2020 adds more Individual "Full" leathers, to include the black I'm looking at.

Almost

For MY19, the ivory and blue is the only FULL leather option.

However, the EXTENDED leather options are also considered 'Individual'.

As a rule of thumb, if it's the Merino leather, it's Individual.

I do. I have Apline White with Ivory White Extended Merino leather. If you pick the extended merino leather its automatically individual. I love the look. It also has a light headliner (luxury version not Msport) which I wanted too. Feels so light and airy.

A lot of people like the blue accent. It just wasn't my thing.

Iím with you. I actually think the blue and white looks bad. The all white is really nice but I have kids so I had to go darker. I could never understand why they chose blue and white combination as the top choice. It looks good with certain exteriors, but I feel it doesnít match all the colors. Just my opinion obviously

I have the ivory/navy Individual interior. I didnít love it until I saw it in person. Itís stunning and looks so impressive & custom. But I wouldnít have gotten it on any other exterior but white. In fact, itís the primary reason I went with white exterior. Itís also the only way to get alcantara headliner on a Luxury trim, and thatís always a must-have for me.

To each his own, but we love our Arctic Grey with Ivory White/Night Blue Full Leather Merino and BMW must think it works well together since they show that combo a lot online and on their printed materials. And I think the Ivory White/Night Blue would look very good with white (Mineral or Alpine).

Absolutely!

The main reason I will opt for the all-Ivory is the fact that you can get the matching light Alcantara headliner.

Unfortunately, the headliner will be dark with the Night Blue option.

Are you sure about that? In the 2019 models, ivory extended leather has ivory cloth headliner on Luxury models and black alcantara on Sport. Maybe itís changing for MY20.

I was referring to the ivory/night blue combo which only comes in full leather. If you opt for that, you will always get the Anthracite Alcantara headliner.

The extended ivory doesn't come with the blue sections and has a light cloth headliner - that's correct.

One of the new options for MY20 is an all-ivory (no blue sections) full leather option which can either be ordered with the Anthracite Alcantara or an Alcantara headliner in upholstery color (in this case, the light ivory).

I see. Thatís a nice change for 20!

One note: the ivory/navy actually has navy alcantara, not anthracite.

True, my bad.

This is one of the few things the order-guide has actually wrong and in many videos, if you don't pay close attention, you can hardly tell the difference - especially in lower light conditions.

It will be interesting to see what happens for MY20. Will they keep on offering the navy headliner or will they now stick to the order guide. Even in the latest version, it says that the ivory/night blue will automatically get you the Anthracite headliner.

The German configurator certainly slabs on the Anthracite - LOL!
