As of right now, BMW does not show a winter wheel tire combo for the X7, but for the new X5 they have a few including 18", 20" as well as one with General all Terrain tires. The x5 tire height is one profile size shorter, e.g. if it's a 21", its 40 series, while the x7 is 45 series.

My recommendation for winters for the X7 would be to look for a used set of 20" Mercedes wheels with a width of around 8.5" and maybe a 275/50/20 tire.

20 wheels are available as the standard for the x7 for markets outside of North America.
Checked the German configuration, the 20” are only available in the base trim with black cladding. The X7 doesn’t look good with the black trim.

No BMW looks good with the black trim. I dont understand why every single BMW does not come with full body color rockers/fenders/etc. The black looks so cheap.

It's a chance to advertise a lower msrp and up sell to higher margin options/trims!

here's a link to what i could find for sale now outside US

http://www.alloywheelsdirect.net/bmw...vehicle_alloys

At that link, you'll find part numbers for each wheel. Then you can search domestically to see who is selling what.

752 is part number 36116885141

I see that at 750/wheel at getbmwparts.com : https://www.getbmwparts.com/oem-part...11-36116885141

the black version they have @ 683/wheel

754M, an msrp of 1040, they have at 900/wheel, but because that will be an official winter tire package, the 754m plus a blizzak run flat winter has an msrp of 1200 (only an extra 160 msrp to get it mounted on a winter tire direct from bmw)

Next good step would be to find a retailer that honors a bmw cca discount of some kind

I think a 2017+ 20" wheel from an Audi Q7 will fit. A used set is around 1200. The offset is close to the x7

A lot of tires in 275/50/20 that should work. The one that could work for me for occasional ski trips in CA is the "all weather " toyo Celsius it has the snow flake snow symbol as a winter tire but. A true winter is probably better for snow, but the celcius can be driven all the time.

Could not agree more with this nonsense of 20/21/22 inch 3 season RFTs on all wheel drive SUVs. I always put all season continentals on in the past but if I order an X7 later this year I have no idea what to do. A second set is not an option, I lease and don't want crappy looking wheels and tires on my rig 6 months out of year. Put good all seasons on them BMW.

At least there's one option of all wheels and tires that are non-runflats. But not available with M-sport line.

This is great, I would actually go for the 20” X5 wheel, must be the same bolts and offset. My choice would be the 740m, it ain’t cheap! Wonder if 19” would fit the X7.
