Arctic Grey X7

This car has far exceeded my expectations. The X7 is a brilliant!

Positives:
- Style and presence
- Versatility
- Handling for such a large SUV
- Power of the Inline 6 is sufficient for such a large vehicle
- Interior and exterior design and quality

Negatives:
- No All Seasons with 22's, Hopefully some will be available soon.
- Space between the captain chairs is limiting especially with the arm rest. When having two car seats, getting to the back from the center is a bit challenging but doable.

Will take some better pics soon, sorry for the iphone pictures.

Beautiful car!

Have you said anything to your dealer about the wrinkles on the 2nd row passenger seat? Both the headrest and the shoulder area look really loose.

Thank you!
Have not yet, will bring it up to them at next service.
Pictures make the wrinkles look worse than in person.
Regarding the headrest I have it that way as I was playing around with it. You can adjust the headrest to angle from the left and right to “hug” your head.

Great pics. Congrats. I don't think the space between is meant to go to the 3rd row.

But it sure would’ve been nice if they made that possible. The new GLS looks like it does have room to walk through.

Surprisingly I believe the X7 is about the same width or less than X5. I prefer it this way to make a more nimble driving experience.

IMHO this is the best looking spec to date, black on Arctic with that interior, MSport with 22's.....congrats!

Looking forward to seeing someone pull the trigger on Ametrine, that could stop traffic.

Thank you, yes I agree but would have made things easier especially with the car seats if there was little more space In between the captain chairs.

Agreed, there is a post from a fellow member about removal of the armrest which should help.

I think it’s the same width as the x5 last I recall.

Thank you so much! I’m also interested to see Ametrin, I think this color will be stunning especially in person.

In some shades you get a hint of blue, I would say a more gray than blue with a slight hue of purple when shined up in the sun.

The arctic grey has a lot of blue in it — to my eye. The Dark Graphite that’s available now is a true dark gray.

I love your garage! Are those tiles super expensive? I would love to do something like that in mine. I was going to paint it but I heard that gets really slippery when its wet and thats not good for my 4 year old.

Thank you!
The tiles are super easy to install! price was not too bad. They are called https://www.perfectionfloortile.com/
I do recommend the mat bc water sometimes can get underneath. Not bad but rather be maintenance free with the mats.
