How's ivory white?

I am contemplating ivory white full when I order, but I was wondering if there's anyone out there who has it and was regretting it. Personally, I love how it looks, but I have this fear it would be difficult to keep looking good.

I've got a black interior right now (with piano black trim, which was a huge mistake) and I'm dying for something light and airy. That is, unless it's going to look like ass in a year. I don't have kids and I don't let anyone eat/drink in my vehicles, but I'm concerned even normal use would make the ivory look shoddy in a hurry.

I have the ivory white extended. I live in TX and dark things just aren't a good option in the summer around here. We've had the vehicle 5 months, have put 13K miles on it, and it still looks great.

may have to be a bit more diligent with leather care products and or ceramic coating to help with potential color transfer. had that issue with my wife's Volvo XC60

I used to have a VERY light interior on my E60 M5 and had the same concerns. however, not even wearing jeans on a regular basis caused stains. I don't think I ever had to clean the seats.

I have the ivory/navy individual interior with 2 young girls (8 and 9) in the back seat. The seat surfaces sometimes get their shoes on them, and the seat backs sometimes end up with dirt too. My salesman told me to use a magic eraser on it, and that and Clorox wipes have so far gotten out any problems.

I have the ivory white extended leather. Love it. Last several cars I've always gotten black. Our other two cars have black interior too. Your're right, it is so nice and airy feeling. Some of my dark jeans do rub off on the leather, but mother's leather cleaner takes it off and they look fresh.

I have ivory white with aftermarket leather protection treatment. I have noticed transfer of blue pigments from my jeans but it was easily wiped away.

IMO white is the most luxurious interior color but it will require more maintenance.

I have Ivory White on both 2019 X7 & 2017 750i, both still look like new no color change, no color stain from my blue jean.

What about getting the matching Alcantara? Is that a danger in white as far as it getting dirty easily from kids and/or just dust? I am definitely for the seating in White, but didn't know if the headliner and all was a good idea.

I was thinking of getting ivory in full as well, unfortunately doing the full makes you order like way longer. Not exactly sure why but I'd rather have full instead of extended.

As you can see in my signature, I ordered the full ivory with the light Alcantara headliner.

I don't think dust is an issue and if your kids are that young/small not to know that they are not supposed to stain your headliner, they probably can't reach it in the first place...

Our Lincoln MKZ has a very light suede headliner, too, and you don't see any dust on it.

Go for the Ivory White! You will not regret it! I have ivory white extended and it looks classy. In terms of cleaning, just get Chemical Brothers Leather cleaner. No regrets.

I love the ivory but does get dirty. Blue jeans do transfer for me and I got the Bmw leather treatment. I use water wipes and it does get them clean but you have to do it at least once a week. I don't know if it's good for the leather though to do that for extended period of time. I'm guessing it will dry them out.

I use leather cleaner from grotts and I don't think it works well. It might condition but it doesn't clean.

If anyone has a leather cleaner that works let us know!

Did extended Ivory in ours, also paid the dealer for the “protection”. Already used it for blue if my wife’s jeans. Still looks brand new.

White and ivory seats here for past 8 months. The do get dyed with blue jeans, but come clean with chemical guys leather cleaner every few months. I love the brightness of the light leather

I have black dye on the handrests on the center console(from black sweater) and passenger seat. Chemical brothers leather cleaner, Magic eraser, and Weiman's leather cleaner are not working. For blue jeans dye, no problem with any one of those cleaners. Anyone recommend other cleaners to remove black dye?
thanks

Pretty much what everyone else has said. Slight Jean transfers but nothing that won’t come out. My parents have the ivory I ordered black but theirs is Ivory Full. My mom is not easy on vehicles lol I rode with her earlier this morning and was shocked it still looked great.

I have the Ivory White Merino and was worried about how it would wear with 3 very active boys in the back. Happy to report that after a 5-day ski trip in VT the seats still look great! I figure they have to start learning how to take care of nice things eventually....right?

I'm getting ready to do the Gyeon LeatherShield. Anyone have any experience with this? Good or bad?

Applied it to my ZAEI interior. It works well, no discoloration and maintains factory matte finish.
