Exhaust rattle post muffler delete

Hi everyone,

I had gotten a muffler delete on my 2017 BMW 230i and since then it has a rattle from what i can tell is the OEM valve during a cold start until the car is warmed

I’ve done research and found that the actuator clip could be the culprit, but i checked and the actuator clip seems to still be there.

Two questions i have are:

will going to BMW and having the rattle checked out cause any warranty issues?

is there any fix to this problem? i tried opening the valve and unplugging it and drove around a bit but the rattling got worse so i plugged the actuator back in.

Bmw might void your warranty because you did the muffler delete.But if you good with the dealer then go ahead.
