How long for production of special order?

I ordered mine 11/23/2019. The next day I got to the first dot, order received.
On 1/17/2020 skipped over to the third dot, production begins.
1/30/2020 skipped to 6th dot, entering assembly line. 6:30 am
1/30/2020 skipped to 8th dot, quality check. 4:45 pm
1/30/2020 skipped to 11th dot, awaiting carrier assignment. 7:00 pm

And here we are. Still 1/30/2020 at 10:20 pm

I ordered 12/06/2019. Start of production was 01/17/2020.

Ah that is not so bad. In UK we cannot check on website to see current production status but I ordered mine on 30th Dec. And was advised by my dealer that production had started on 22nd Jan. So maybe only five days behind you two. My car just has an ocean to cross.

Well, over here, the lease deals on the BMWs are much better and the facelift on the Q7 simply launched too late for me. In addition, the X7 has much more to offer - even compared to the 2020 Q7.

I bet you'll get it in a day or two. Mine left the factory and was delivered on the next day (SC to NJ). Chicago isn't much different distance wise.

AWAITING CARRIER ASSIGNMENT...

I guess if nothing crazy happens from here on, my vehicle will be ready at the dealer on 2/15 for sure....
