Depends on your definition of "best". Are you talking best looking in terms of the color or best performing? If you are more concerned with the performance of the bulb then hands down the Osram Rally 65W H7 (advertised for off-road use only) is the BEST H7 bulb you can get. No blue coating but the quality of the light output is amazing compared to the cheap chinese blue bulbs. the 10W increase won't put enough added stress on the wiring to be a problem. Plus expected life is more than double that of most blue bulbs I have found.
I run these in my Depo projectors and can see sooo much better at night compared to various brand blue bulbs. Granted, they don't look as "cool" but I would much rather have better visibility. http://store.candlepower.com/osraulhiouh7.html "This bulb, for racing and special-service usage, is the highest-output, most efficient H7 available from anyone!. This is a 65-watt bulb (10 more than an ordinary H7) that produces 2100 lumen (700 more than an ordinary H7). Same 500-hour rated lifespan as a good quality standard H7 bulb. Perfect upgrade for motorcycles, racing headlamps, diving lights, agricultural and industrial work lamps."

That's where I got mine. Beware, there will be a bleeding blue tinge in your headlights during the day, but u think it looks cool, lol. Plus, it changed my lights to white instead of yellow. |

hmm..nice find. I had a deal for something very similar. But the seller decided that an agreement they offered including a deposit requested and given on my part wasn't something they were going to honor ) . BTW the seller's name rhymes with "david" if that means anything. My updated sig-line should be a tell-tale sign (if shown). Anyways, not your fault so good pick up for you. Enjoy. And if you end up deciding to sell em, please contact me.
