Electrical Issue, wont start will turn over,

HI, wondered if i can get some advice please, 2007 320i convertible, been sat for 4 months and worked fine, come to use it today car turns over but wont fire, can get it to run for a few seconds on starter fluid,

the car electrical system is playing up i think , there is a loud buzzing like a relay from behind the glove box .
plugged a scanner in and its throwing some weird codes
2ACC Main Relay Faulty
2D1d - accelerator pedal position sensor 1 voltage supply failure
29E2- high pressure sensor short circuit to plus
2c73 lanbda sensor short circuit to plus
2e7c - serial interface communication error
2ee0 coolant temp sensor short circuit to plus

any advice would be great -
thanks in advance.

Welcome to the Forum!
Wonder what Make/Model Scan Tool used to get those fault definitions? Short to Plus on 3 codes?

Since all 5 OTHER codes (Other than 2ACC) relate to components powered by the DME, there is HIGH Probability that K6300
(DME Main Relay) Activation is the root cause of your issues. Attached is ISTA ScreenPrint of DME Supply & K6300 Location.

K6300 Main Relay is soldered to JB Fuse Panel PCB (Printed Circuit Board) and rarely fails. I would FIRST determine that
the "Relay Chatter" you hear with ignition ON is coming from upper right of JB Panel. Then check for > 12.0 volts at Jumpstart
Terminals under hood. I < 12.0V, charge battery and see if that resolves the issue. If NOT, apply Chassis Ground to Red/Grey
wire at X11010/1 at upper-LEFT corner of JB, to activate K6300. "CLICK" (single) should be heard, and engine should
NOW fire when cranked (Ground remaining in place). See also X6011 Connector Information if needed.

Try that much & let us know what you find. We can then suggest "Next Steps", if required.

I realize you are anxious to get it running/ FIXED. Proper Diagnosis:
1) Identify source of Relay Chatter: K6300, or KL30G "Plug-in" relay below it?
2) If chatter from K6300, does charging battery FIX it?
3) If NOT, does applying Chassis Ground signal cause K6300 Relay to Activate without "Chatter"?
4) If THAT works, then there is an issue with ground signal from X60005/13 to X11010/1;

NOTE: that ground signal passes through X6011/5. There have been reported issues with that connector, AND also the MSD80 DME is known to have broken pins at X60005/13. There is a relatively simple "FIX" for that. Actual K6300 failure is very rare per Forum Reports.

My suggestions:
1) Confirm that you have N43 Engine (NOT N46)
2) Provide Last-7 Characters of VIN
3) Perform each test suggested as required & report findings
4) Take the time to enjoy understanding HOW the system works

HI George

thanks again for your time and knowledge
PX06107 is the last 7 digits of my Vin ( is this the type that has timing chain issues)

sorry new to this
im getting 12.1V on the battery and also 12.1v under the bonnet where you jump the car

one side note, even with no keys in the car im getting the constant buzzing from a relay, i took out the main relay and it still continued to Buzz from somewhere around that board

even after leaving the car several hours, the buzz still continues

thanks again for all your advice
