Everything is okay now. They told me that they replaced the car with a "Wet IB pre-filled." I'm not sure if it was due to a lack of experience or something else, but after the replacement, programming was required. They ran into issues during the programming process, and later BMW Italy’s technical team provided remote assistance to solve it. The entire process took a total of three days!
now software version is 03/2025.47

AUTO HOLD memory issue.
A new "Lock & reduce Alarm" feature has appeared on the phone control panel.
It feels like the pure electric mode has become much quieter—though I'm not sure if it's just psychological!
Haven't noticed anything else for now.

I did my break-in service (1200mi) yesterday on our 2025. They did this recall while we were in there. Took a few hours. No parts, just software/firmware.

No noticeable differences after, nor were there any issues prior to, with braking/feel etc. I did notice my electric range went up 2mi--I would normally see a max of 38mi on full charge now I'm seeing 40mi. Could be placebo and/or some algo or atmospheric condition differences in projection. Or they could have unlocked some more cell capacity to use (likely wishful thinking).
