Hey guys,

I'm scheduled for my first service this Friday. I'm due for an oil change. Is there anything else I should expect or ask for?

I recently updated my iDrive version so I don't require this.

It’s pretty basic at this point. Most defects or glitches tend to show up by now so you should be good.

Depending on production date of your vehicle you may want to request an update of your iDrive to the most current. Outside of that there isn't much to address within the first service interval if issues have not presented themselves up to this point.

So I thought I was due for an oil change but was told I was not.

The app and vehicle state;

Engine Oil
Due Oct 2020 or 4,500mi

I have 4,909mi

Isn't it Oct 2020 or 4,500mi, which ever comes first?

It means in October or in another 4500 miles.
