Hey congratulations on your engagement ksfrogman.

That Korean bell, I recognize it from a scene in the Usual Suspect (one of my fav movies, but it's been so long lol...). It's in one of the scenes when the gang met with Redfoot isn't it?

I've never seen that movie, but I think I've solved one mystery. I found the original photo before I resized it, then cropped and enlarged it:

Yep, it's also in the Power Rangers, at the end of every episode I thought the guy meditates and does his kung fu shit here. I've seen the bell in other movies as well.
