they are not just decal that you apply onto the exisiting emblem? If not decal, is it easy to remove old one? very tempting with my silver/black combo.

They are the actual emblem. I took this from Ebay

Step 1 -- To remove the existing emblem. we use a pasteboard as a fulcrum, then insert a flat-head screwdriver between the emblem and the hood. Slowly and using light force, it should come right off.

Step 2 -- Simply to remove the two grommets left behind sitting in the hood with a pincer, they should pop right out. if you still use the original grommets, you can skip next step.

Step 3 -- Push the new grommets onto the mounting pins of new emblem.

Step 4 -- Simply press down the emblem with your hand.

I didn't use the grommets that were provided, I just used the old ones. (I bought them on Ebay)
