Thunderhill March 21st anyone?
Anyone going? I'm going with a couple friends. It will be my first time on the track. I'm signed up for the newbie beginners class so hopefully I'll get some of the basics down and get some runs on the track afterwards. Too bad the forecast calls for rain. Hopefully it'll change by sat

I'll be there on the 22nd. NCRC allows you to run windows up in the rain.
The AWD E92 will love Thunderhill in the rain. It's a fun course wet or dry. I'm running in the point by with regular 335 and it won't be the first time in the rain. |

run tires close to full tread, keep all the electronics on for the first little while as you adjust and take it easy on the throttle. no biggie. you should go

And does anyone know if we're supposed to provide our own numbers? If so is there any local place that sells them? I think I read that people use shoe polish but if it rains, I would think that it wouldn't be effective no?

As for numbers I print out my number on 8.5"x11" paper and tape it into my inside window. your club rules may vary though |

if my windows weren't tinted i'd probably do that. good idea though. i guess i'll leave the electronics on when if it's raining and turn it off if it's dry. I think it's supposed to start to rain midday or something |
