If you don't have steering with paddles, can this be installed on that car?

i forgot who i talked to but the gear paddles should not work (and difficult to add) if your original steering wheel without that option.

I saw a DIY - retrofit paddle shifters, it seems complicated.

Installed successfully…..
Stuff needed to make it work:
Burgertunning Pedal Harness – USD $179/-
Steering Wheel with Pedals – HKD $1200/-
Steering Wheel Controls (the four buttons thingy on the left and right) – HKD$1400/-

No need pull any wires or what simple job…. Saw the guy do in less than an hour with the help of his head!
No error signals or what so ever…. And safer can keep 2 hands on the steering wheel when flying!!

Hey I want to do this mod. I can buy the parts, but some questions.

1) did you old airbag fit in this new one?

2) I already have steering with multifunction buttons (looks same as these)--do i still need to buy?

3) how much did you pay this guy to install since you didn't buy any parts from him?

I guess sport steering wheel is not standard on E90 325i? If so,you need to order the whole airbag module, which costs a lot. The labor of installing those paddles shouldn't be expensive. But the airbag should be your concern.

That's correct. E90 325i doesn't come with sport steering wheel so the airbag module and multifunction buttons are not fit......
