The cerium looks nice and is one of the benefits of doing the 50. If struggling to decide, look at mirrors and see if you have a preference. With the extended shadow line the switch to the body color. Without, they too would be cerium.

Double check the online build but pretty sure this is the case and may help influence your decision.

Go look at how cerium is holding up on older vehicles it might help your decision. I did that and I have extended shadowline on mine.

Yeah - definitely don't like the mirrors. Still have a couple of weeks to decide. The production date is second week of Feb.

I talked my wife out of it and went with extended SL.

That's the standard it has from factory, whereas the 40i has a lighter colored silver type trim. You can change to shadow line on both.

Honestly, I like the cerium a lot but heard it doesn't hold up well.

Water spots are an issue on the Cerium. How do I know?

Well, the "X7"- and "M50i"-badge still come in Cerium and those showed the spots, too...

Lost out to the wife. She preferred the look of the cerium. I'll have to figure out the water spots. She was not too fond of the cerium side mirrors - but car entered production too soon, before we could change it.

Congac, my wife didn't like the darkness of the Tartufo we did add the leader dash and window sills though so that will help a bit.

To me there isnt much difference in color yes the Tartufo is darker but its not like beige vs black difference.

She didnt care how much nicer the leather was she didnt want that color. I will say cognac goes really nicely with the Ruby Red exterior, I just wish they made it in Merino.
