Active shutter stuck on

Jumped in the car and got a check engine light. I always carry an OBD2 in this car for bimmercode so I decided to run a scan and it say the active shitter is stuck.

Anyone had this issue?

Active shitter is a great word for this technology. It's going to fail. The question is when.

They got stuck on my 2018 X3 M40. BMW extended the warranty for some period and replaced the parts.
