No eating in the car is my rule unless on road trips! Even then, when the weather permits we pull over and make great use of the rear tailgate (one of our favorite features and activities) I know my kids and just NO lol. My wife and I agreed to keep the car in top shape as it is a nice place to be so why not preserve that notion for every single trip.
