Indeed. It's not tasteless. I think 'aggressive' is the best word to describe. Taste being largely subjective, there is a place for it.

Batmobile also comes to mind. I like it. But prefer a wee bit less aggressive.

New headlights look better with the M Sport front bumper design.The aluminum inserts on the lower front of the bumper also look out of place with the rest of the front bumper design.I guess it doesn’t really matter much because most people will be ordering the X7 with the M Sport bumper.So they ditched the great looking Blue Merino and Ivory seats for these new rather boring looking Dark Grey Merino and Ivory seats.Overall the pre LCI still looks better IMO.

Night Vision and the Rear Entertainment appear to be gone for good since they are not even available on the German configurator of the LCI.

This overhanging shelf when viewed from the top is not seen in the original press photos. It isn’t till a video of the vehicle in 3D shows this bizarre design issue. This is far, far from any typical LCI changes BMW makes that might seem a bit extreme.

This is a entirely new face design not resembling anything previous from any generation so let’s not chalk the abysmal reaction it is getting to those that fear or push backing against change.

Well they are available as options on the x7 in canada for a 2022

I wonder if you can request them as special order add ons

Problem is that we were talking about the LCI which is MY23 so what WAS available prior to that is, IMO, a mood point.

My guess is he camera button is integrated into the park-assist button as it is for other models.

I assume that the auto start/stop button has been removed (I just got a 2022 X5 and it is gone from it also) and would need to be coded off.

This is just bad. Makes it look like the designer had no idea how to integrate the double headlights and just shoved them where they had some room. This and the new 7 Series are just awful.
