JB4 vs Bootmod3 or MPPK

I am looking to upgrade, just wondering if anyone has experiences they can share on either of the three. I can get the MPPK for around $1500 pre tax which seems steep but you shouldn't have any issues. I have been reading threads and it sounds like lots of people are leaning towards the Bootmod3 as it is a flash and not a piggy back like the JB4. Anyone have any experiences with any of them, good, bad the ugly. Just anything to help shed some light on which direction to go. I am leaning towards the Bootmod3 but want to make sure if I do any trips I wont have issue from reliability stand point. The MPPK seems like a safe route to take just double the price.

You should look in the N55 section as all of this is widely discussed.

Do you have any bolt-ons?

My car came stock with MPPK and I added a JB stage 1 afterwards. Gave it a nice little boost but after going FBO and adding BM3 stage 2 93 OCT the power gain and smoothness is not even close!

I would suggest going with BM3 even if it is just stage 1.

I have AA exhaust with resonator delete and a drop in K & N filter, so it would be stage 1 for me. Do you recommend a charge pipe if I am running stage 1 on the BM3? Also any idea on the power gains for stage 1, is it comparable to MPPK?

I believe a charge pipe is recommended regardless if you are adding a piggyback/tune or not as the stock charge pipe is made out of cheap plastic and is bound to break.

I would think that the stage 1 Bm3 would have better power gains over the MPPK.

Someone else might be able to chime in.
