The hood doesn't even close probably from the pictures
If I was you, I would check the car in person before buying especially high mileage and year. Good luck with searching, hope you get your princess soon.

Sure he could of ran cheap tires, but that has no ill effect on the vehicle. Bushings, control arms, wheel bearings etc, again there is no aftermarket for these parts. The owner would only be able to replace with OEM.
