I love the tartufo... but my partner vetoed it. I'm positively mystified by that. How can you not love tartufo? It's even fun to say!

I would consider it if it was full merino leather, not sure why they are not offering it

Actually looking at the BMW USA build your own it looks like the only difference between extended merino and full merino is a lower part of the front console (e.g. near the glove box). Is that true or does full merino cover a lot more?

CA said it's the lower portion of the dash, the lower door panels and part of the sides of the transmission tunnel — those would all be synthetic (Sensatec) rather than leather with the extended merino. Full leather also includes the (upper) dash, but that can be ordered separately without straying into "Individual" territory.

Maximized x7 second row "legroom"

Hi, I'm trying to get a different legroom measurement. I want to maximize second row legroom by minimizing front and 3rd row room. My wife needs to raise her legs horizontally periodically during long trips so I need to know how much space is available as seen in the attached photo. Preferably with second row captain's chairs but I'll take what I can get.
Thanks,
Roger
