Remotes & Rear Seat Entertainment...

I am told that since the RSE is now touch screen there are no remote but the dealer provided us a demo with a candy bar remote and a small tablet style remote like the RRSC and now they tell us these are not included and we can use our phone or touch the screens. Touching the screen works well in theory but if you have a child that is in a harness or buckled in it is not an option. Does anyone on here know if the X7 is supposed to come with one, two or any remotes for the Rear Seat Entertainment (RSE)?

I have the RSE and it did not come with a remote. It also does not come with headsets.

Kind of ridiculous since a child with seat belt cannot use the touch screen. Would remote from F15/F85 work or the G11?
I remember our F85 didn't come with headsets either and you could not use any BT headset you had to purchase BMW.

One other thing I didn't like is that we cannot have 3 wireless headsets. Only a max of 2. I had to buy a splitter so 2 wired headsets fit in 1 port to allow all 3 kids to have their own headset.
