Has anyone done an aftermarket stereo upgrade on your X7?

i'm thinking of changing out my HK sound system but keep the head unit as-it.

What are you thinking of swapping in? I had focal speakers + alpine head-unit & amp + jl-audio sub in my last car. The HK system isn't bad, but sadly noticeable coming from the last system

Also, i looked into the oem parts for the B&W system as a plug & play upgrade. It's less than $3K in oem parts. There's sadly no sub for it and I haven't sat inside one to hear how it sounds.

I have focal speakers and sub + JL amp in a Jeep and a Cayenne, like them both a lot. I don't want to loose any functionality of the iDrive system so I'm trying to find out what may be available to integrate with the X7.
