Chasis Problem Warning

Hi,

Earlier today I got "Chasis" problem warning. It came up as I was looking for a parking spot at work, just before I parked the car. I restarted the car and the warning went away. Any idea what could be the cause? Has anyone experienced such warning? My 335i has no mods.

I had the exact same issue, turned out to be some bad DHP sensors.

I assume you haven't get the same error again? I have done some minor coding after the last time I took it in for service. At first I though it was related to the brakes, but then it could be related to DHP...If it comes up again, I'll take it to the dealer. I also have two failed parking sensors that need to be checked or replaced, so I'll have take a look... thanks for the input.

Never came back. Although it was in the shop long enough to border on Lemon Law territory, due to parts shortage. Just to be clear this was not the result of coding.

Likely they will update the I-Step and replace the ICM as a troubleshooting measure.

Those messages are usually easy to reproduce since they are stored in the car's logs.

My warning went away after restarting the car so I kept driving for a few days. If it stays on I probably would bring it in right away.

Thanks. Went off when I drove it this evening. Will keep an eye on it.
