X7 tailgate hazard box ...

Hi, I recently bought X7 M50i... I was fixing cargo net and noticed a small box on the tailgate with hazard symbol. When I opened it, it is empty. Can one of you let me know what is supposed to be here

The warning triangle for when you're stopped on the roadside. In NA we do not get it.
