Though i did some weights on monday afternoon. Lots of soreness. Jogged about 1.5 miles for warm up then did some back, bis, chest, tris, shoulders, squats, lunges and some one leg jump squats. Just did one to two sets of each. But rep till exhaustion since i don't have heavy weights at home.

Dude! That's a lot of muscle groups for one day. I'd be sore too.

Just kidding I don't get sore.

But overloading by volume is good when the weight variance is minimal, I personally drop set around 15-20% each weight per superset. Had to sign up for a gym membership though, it was mainly to motivate my fat gf but I'm not with her anymore.

Haha idgaf dad you know this. I almost didn't even go through the trouble of getting another one of these SN's. Real life has been very good to me in my absence from this place, my build is in a 112 status and I finally have consistently torn muscle fibers. You've seen my daily calorie burn updates lol.

If silver was updating us on your daily workouts, I have missed it... As far as I knew, you joined a convent and were still repenting for all your sins... That or you had the shin shattering surgery to make yourself taller...

I have a TRX strap, 8lb, 15lb, 25lb and 35lb dumbells and a small modular bench. I actually think it's a rebook step, lol. But the top flips upright for shoulder presses and reclines at different angles for chest. Outside of that, i just use my body weight. I'll do one leg diagonal jump squats, track starts alternating legs, 180 and 360 jump squats to add in some core, etc... I'm sure anyone watching from the lake would be very confused at times. haha

I just don't think i'd go to the gym.... so i'm not getting a membership. Too much $$ .

Yeah I have a business communications presentation due that I'll be starting at 1 and working on until the end of my shift, so I figured I'd pop in for a bit before my posting became more intermittent.

But yeah I just pulled the trigger on the F80 last week. It was a good time, credit was in the right place, offer was good. Dealer in PA, awesome folks. Had a 30 Jahre edition but I was an hour too late with the phone call, was DCT anyway. Paddles, no... we don't like those.

Dat 45 degree bench.

Yeah the bodyweight stuff is more than enough. Consistency will produce physique and functional simultaneous strength. The membership I have isn't bad at all, I can bring a guest for free whenever I like.

It's tough to find chicks that work out though, most have gained massive amounts of weight or are the equivalent of biological garbage disposals.
