Need Help Asap
So I keep getting this wierd noise sounds like a whistle and obviously im thinking its a boost leak .-.. The thing is though I drove the car for a good while but it boosts like its suppose to. Launched it, raced a infinti g37 won by 2 cars but still gives me this freaking noise. I did install a vrsf 6" intercooler. Also have jb4, ER Catless dp, injen intake, and gfb dv+. Help me out guys please and thank you id appreciate it alot.

Do you only hear it when you are revving? I had a similar noise and it was the connection for the intake. Did you remove the intake when you did the fmic install? Maybe the connection is loose?

Yes I removed the intake just the top part of the intake I have an injen intake. I Also did have trouble putting it back on so ill check that right now. Also its not only when I rev its basically when I get boost. The car also seems to want to stall and vibrates alot.

Sounds like you have a boost leak, do you have an upgraded charge pipe? It's also possible that your GFB DV+ is leaking. Potentially leaking boost through the O ring inside of it. The DME will apply more boost to compensate for the leak. So you may still be boosting, but takes a little longer to hit target. At the same time, your WGDC will be much higher than it should

Did you make sure you swap over both your o-rings? Theres one by the throttle body and one by the intercooler |
