LCI Rear Tailgate / Hatch Creaking

Anyone else having issues with creaking / knocking sounds from your tailgate / hatch area? Would love to avoid a trip to the dealer to just argue why they think it’s normal.

I had a knocking/clunking noise when driving over road bumps in my 21 X7. Took it to a dealer and they replaced the load sill cover as well as adjusted both upper and lower tailgates. This fixed the issue.

However, I have another issue with lower tailgate plastic creaking when I lean on it when loading the trunk. Am planning to check with the dealer if this is something they can fix under warranty.
