Will you wait for the X7 M60i?

As an X7 50i owner, I love the vehicle. But the allure of the M50i has been strong, and I've been considering trading in and ordering one.

But with the revelation in here that there may be an M60i on the way, with a V12?? I feel like I just need to wait that out.

Anyone else interested in one of these?

I know the info on here has said that there won’t be an X7M but that is the vehicle that i would still wait for.I still think that BMW will make one.I also have the X7 50i M Sport and i wouldn’t trade up for the M50i with the increase in HP.I already have the DHP package,so there won’t be any difference between the handling of my X7 and the M50i.The real M version would be the vehicle to wait for due to having a real M tuned suspension that would drastically improve the handling of the X7.

I read your other post saying that one of the reasons you want to order the M50i is that you now need the bench seat,so I totally understand why you are considering doing it.If you prefer the M60i with the V12 then definitely wait until next year.

I'm in.

I also have a 19 50i with DHP. but damn, M60i is going to cost me both legs.

but I'm still in. I'm insane like that.

I think it's at least north of 170k, similar to M760li.

Would be more interested in a bit more cargo space than a few extra cylinders

Like others, I still want an X7 variant the deletes the 3rd row (that I have no need for) and instead makes an ultra-luxurious 2nd row, and maybe some more trunk room.

Already waiting for the 45e or them come to their senses and allow the M50d to make the short trip from SC to RI so I dont have to go to the factory and steal one.

Would that be the x8? Though I suspect they may go smaller like the q8

My Q8 is actually slight bigger than my friend's Q7, especially the second row room. Trunk is definitely smaller.

If it is true, I doubt it have the V12. Didn't BMW say that the V12 is going away?

Ah yes. The X8, or "four door concept", has some very plausible rumors associated with it. If it happens, though, will probably end up being way above my price range.

BMW has no plans for the V12 and in fact has said so on many occasions reserved for the RR. However there will be a XB7 next year. This is old info but BMW has said the M760i will be the last V12 BMW. https://carbuzz.com/news/don-t-get-y...mance-bmw-x7-m

Just like way back when the first X5 was introduced and BMW said there would never be an X5M.We know how that turned out.
