2023 BMW X7 Delivery Stop

Afternoon all. I purchased my 2023 X7 M60i last week and the day before we were set for delivery my salesman informed me that there is a delivery stop due to a software issue. I called my service rep and she said its due to a headlight issue with the turn signal and daytime running lamps. It does not meet federal standards so they are required to wait on BMW for the programming update. Have any of you experienced this issue and if so, how long did it take to remedy. I am just itching to bring my car home. Thanks.
