XM Configurator UK

Been reviewing the new XM on the UK configurator.
21" alloys as standard seems mean considering its an M Power vehicle. 22" an extra £1500 and 23" an extra £2500 for a vehicle costing £150K

It also appears that you only have 7 of the standard BMW exterior colours compared to the new X7 where you have endless individual colour options?
If I had the money I would prefer the Alpina X7 with similar performance but 7 seats. To be honest its ugly!!!!!!!!!

Whilst I think the split lights work better in the XM some things are just odd to me…

Why no panorama glass roof - the car will be very dark inside
Why no 3rd row for such a large vehicle - even if you rarely use it just adds some flexibility
Why no normal looking wheels
M lounge? It’s just a bench seat
