MF is 0.00128

Residiual depends on your annual mileage:

7.5K miles = 59%
10K = 58%
12K = 57%
15K = 55%

Without MSDs, they will not lower it.

For a leftover 2019 40i, what discount is the top end I should shoot for? 81k msrp. New car.

Is 15 percent off unrealistic? This would include loyalty and hoping to get base MF.

I would also open a penfed account and get an additional 500 (stacks with loyalty), and apply for CCA rebate.

Lastly, does BMW have a pull ahead program like MB does? I have 4 more months on my x5 lease left .

Thanks !

Have you tried checking with leasing companies? I am in NYC too and I got two quotes that were much better than any NY / NJ dealer.

AFAIK, BMW is not doing that at the moment.

Do you get more off MSRP when leasing instead of buying? Seems like 5-6% off MSRP is normal with 8% being really good from my dealer contacting--this is all for buying one on the lot.

How does a dealer trade work where they get a car from another lot? Do they have less room to make a good deal on these or is it no different from one on the lot if the customer pays transport?

Has anyone heard of 60% residual on 10k? I got a quote from a dealer with that and am wondering how that is even possible...

I'm looking to pick up a X7 for my wife

My Local dealer has a 2019 X50i with M sport

Msrp 101,795

Here is what they are quoting

3k drive off including first month
1200 a month tax included 36 months
10k miles per year Los Angeles 9.5 % tax

Seems a little high doesn't it

For a 2019 off the lot, I think you can do a bit better.

As comparison, I also have a $3k drive off incl. first month. Although I only have 7.5k miles per year and 7% tax, I also got a wheel & tire insurance.

My payment is below $1,500/month and that's at an MSRP of $123,525.

You are pretty much getting the same deal for a 2019 off the lot compared to my 2020 custom order.

If I were you, I'd be aiming for no more than $1,100/month.

Alright everyone, been doing a lot of work and finally got the deal I want on a 2020 M50.

*10% off MSRP
*$1000 lease rebate
*$1000 BMW CCA rebate
*Base MF

I live in AZ and looked all over the US. Most dealers thought I was nuts, but finally found some that would do it and my dealer here after a week of back and forth finally called me and said "you win" and matched my deal I found out of state.

Found a dealer in the West, Midwest and Fl that would do this deal. Happy to pass along the names if anyone is interested.

In my search, I also found a few dealers who had some nice 2019 5.0 demos that were discounted heavily in range of 14% before incentives.

I have a Pentagon Federal Credit Union account, and am not familiar with any rebate with them. You have details? I'm thinking USAA might be bigger though.

Hi wild blue. See attached link. Seems like it's 500 off for lease stacks
With loyalty. Excludes i3

https://forum.leasehackr.com/t/penfed-benefits-up-to-2000-bmw-volvo-mb-fca-mini-usually-500-towards-leases/201675

Do you.guys think 15 percent is doable on a new leftover 2019 40i?

It take 30 to 60 days if you read the whole thread. It stacks with loyalty and OL code ( which I don't have)

PenFed and USAA are actually using the same program.

I previously looked into it and thought I would not qualify since I'm leasing through BMW FS which is excluded in the fine print. Fact is you don't get the $2,000 cash BUT the $500 on a lease.

Thanks to the link MrSnoopy provided, I know now that I can get $500 towards a BMW FS lease through them. I actually have accounts established with USAA and PenFed. Finally, I can use them...

So if you lease with BMW FS, you can get the $1,000 incentive, the $500 through PenFed/USAA AND the $1,000 through BMW CCA.

This deal is getting better by the minute...

How does PenFed work? Do I just need to have an account with them to get a credit for a lease?

What I know so far is that you have an account (be a member) with them for 60 days and if that's the case, you log in here:

https://www.penfed.org/auto/car-buying-service

With your online banking user name in the middle of the website and click on the green bar. On the next step, you enter the password. Then, you scroll down to 'Special incentives' and click on 'BMW'.

You can then generate a code and take that to the dealer.

BTW, here's a copy of the fine print on their website:

'Special BMW Incentive offer is valid at any authorized BMW Center in the United States. Cash incentives are not applicable for vehicles leased/financed through BMW Financial Services. Member must take retail delivery November 1, 2019 - January 2, 2020. Incentive offer is subject to change without prior notice. This special incentive is available to Pentagon Federal Credit Union members with greater than 60 days of membership. BMW requires presentation of a photo ID your BMW Manufacturer Certificate with a unique Customer ID and Offer Code. Visit the PenFed Car Buying Service to receive BMW Certificate. One incentive per member, per offer code, per calendar year for new BMW vehicles. Eligible member must be the purchaser. See your authorized BMW Center for complete program details.
For questions about the PenFed Car Buying Service please call 1-877-638-4124.'

What I underlined caused some confusion but other sources verified that you would indeed get $500 on any BMW model leased through BMW Financial through this program.

So what would be an excellent deal buying a new 2019 Xdrive50i in terms of discount BEFORE incentives? Thanks.

Your MF is marked up - base is 0.00128.

Windshield replacement and key replacement is dealer profit. Windshield replacement is unnecessary if you have auto insurance. Unless you loose you key a lot you're also provided a NFC key card.

But since you're good with the deal and signed that's all that matters, congrats on the new ride!

Yes on that MF, but none of the local dealers is willing to do 0.00128 in Houston.

And yes I agree with you on that windshield replacement, and my auto insurance does cover it but the deductible is $500 compared to $800 what the dealer wants for 3 replacements in 3 yrs. So...

I also tried to get a car from dealers out of state but carbon black with bench seat in coffee apparently is not easy to find. And it worked out better for me since I could save some of the tax from my trade-in.

Nonetheless, thanks
