Where (please) are the settings for this? I've had this X7 for about two weeks now and as much as parking the car with an APP is kind of dumb, it is a pretty good example of the tech these cars carry and I did enjoy playing with it. Until a few days ago.

The APP worked for a while and now it does not. The maneuvers show up in the APP. But when I try and use it I either get that I need to move closer to the vehicle or that the operation cannot be performed while inside the vehicle. I tried everything. I am not in the vehicle. It doesn't matter if I am twenty feet away or two feet away. Even holding the phone inches away does not work.

What is strange is that it did work for a while. That's why I am thinking i must have changed a setting and lost it.

Anyone know where that setting is?

Yes. When I try the app the cars screen goes into camera mode and the title says remote parking with app is ready.


At the dealer now to fix the level control switch and hoping it has something to do with that...
