RAM IN N54

o hai gaiz. i hurd u could liek add HP to the car by adding a JB3 to the ECU (which is a CPU). I want to add moar memory nao. Where be the RAM slot?

I took it apart this morning but the DIMM slots weren't around the ECU... WTF!!

(And if you are serious, the small amount of memory is most likely soldered on or is in a BGA array)

it won't work because PC3200 RAM is old and busted. you need some fresh new DDR3

step 1 remove airbox
step 2 place ram in in air duct
step 3 reseal air duct with duct tape
step 4 place foot firmly on gas and brake
step 5 start engine
step 6 pay me for good advice.

Just below the id-ten-t sensor but still above the carburetor chain assembly. Make sure the car is turned off otherwise you'll slice a finger open on the intake sprocket.
