I've emailed Harold 3 times to no avail. Clearly they weren't posted or they would have arrived by now. Harold doesn't seem to be too active on the forum any more so I'll try one of the other moderators.

I'll pop Harold an email. I know he received the decals I had made up. I'm sure it's just that he's been very busy with work, and probably just hasn't had a chance to ship them to Cozza.

I hope they were not lost though. If you may recall, my first shipment of the black decals to a bunch of non-USers were missing, and never turned up (except for one mysterious one that made it to Canada), but they were all mailed at the same time.
