I got 5.04% for 72 months with BofA, my X7 is in production now with expected delivery of next week. The issue I am facing is that the BofA rate is only good for 30 days, which is set to expire just before delivery. Now I have to role the dice to see if BMW will match the BofA rate at delivery, even though the BofA rate will have expired by a few days. Has anyone been able to lock in financing prior to delivery with BMA Financial or do you have to wait until delivery?

Im in Miami and placed my order for 2023 X7 at the beginning of January (under an existing allocation the dealer had) and is scheduled for delivery this weekend. I was able to get $1000 below MSRP, which basically just cancels out the bogus $998 dealer fee. They initially came in with an offer of $5000 over MSRP. I laughed and walked away. A week later I was able to get the discount. I initially wanted to order the atlas gray/white leather, but was told that would cause a 6 month delay, so i went with black sensafin. When i placed the order the BMW finance rate was 5.59% and i got approved for BofA at 5.04%. BMW has finance offers for Feb on the X7 for 4.59% so I will finance with BMW for 60 mos. Also, the options are now showing in the ‘mygarage’ but they are wrong. I called the BMW genius # and they were able to confirm that my car was built as ordered and NOT as shown in the details in mygarage.
FYI… A dealer in FLL wouldn’t budge on the MSRP plus they were charging the $1000 dealer fee plus $1000 for some LoJack equivalent that they insisted they had to install on the car |

I’m in FL and I was curious which dealer you were dealing with and how you were able to get them to subtract $1000 from the MSRP. It seems that all the other dealers I have been talking to in Florida are at MSRP or more. I completely agree, the dealer fees are BS. Any insight and tips would help greatly. I have placed a deposit to obtain an allocation for a 2024X7. Besides the receipt from the finance department, is there anything else I need to have in writing to make sure they are really going to save me a 2024 allocation? Thank you!

Just placed an order last week and received 6.5% off msrp plus loyalty ($750).
Order is already in production queue and I'm waiting on when I can do PCD delivery. |

Just curious as that is quite impressive. How did you get 6.5% off msrp on a car that dealers can’t get allocations for? I’m wondering if it is because you are getting a 2023 instead of the 2024? Are you a long time BMW customer? What area are you in? I just want to know how people are getting these huge discounts on cars that most dealers can’t even get an allocation for.

I currently own a 2022 X5MC. This one is for my wife (probably my 10th BMW). Since I live (Charlotte) close to GSP for PCD I have the ability to shop nation wide for the best deal as I'm just picking it up at the plant. Plus I don't have to pay all those dealer add ons.
The dealer I went through this time is in Maryland. They have been great to work with and had an allocation. Within a day I was already in queue and had a VIN. |

Thanks for sharing. It’s good to know for down the line when trading my car in. I live in Atlanta so I’d definitely be able to pick it up in Spartanburg. Did you call all different dealers or did you go with a broker? Thanks!

For his particular situation, he can buy the car at any dealer in the US since he can just take delivery in Spartanburg.

Back in 2020 I was referred to a dealer in PA and got a great (12.5%) discount for a X5m50. Last year I ordered my X5MC and received 2% off which was unheard of at the time. For the X7 I did reach back out to my SA and didn't get a response. I figured he might not be working there any more. I sent a message to a broker with my build sheet and within two days I was under contract with the 6.5% discount (new dealer in MD). |

I will be sent a 30 temp tag from MD via FedEx. Since I will be selling my wife's current vehicle I'm going to transfer her plate to the X7. The dealer helps with all of that paperwork as well.

Thanks for the reply! How you plan to get to the factory? Drive one car there with your wife and two cars back? By the way, can you also pm me the broker info? Looking to order a X7 soon. Appreciated!

Usually there are roughly 7-8 others there and many that I've met though the years fly in town and then drive their new car home when the day is over. |

I'm in the market for another x7 M60i and it looks like allocations dried up faster than the sahara desert. I knew a broker who was doing 6.5 off last week and now he can only get me 5% off the 2024 instead of the 2023.
