This is the old one which is black and white. The new demonstration on their "I Vision Dee" car has full color.

These are one-off demo pieces with e-ink panels wrapped on top of a regular car. It shows the direction that their design team wants to go in, but afaik these aren't anywhere close to being production ready. Or at the very least, BMW hasn't announced anything about these being available for sale anytime in the near future. They're just concept cars.

That is a shame! It eliminates having to switch cars after a Bank Robbery! Just kidding.
