2nd year running missed out.

I suggest a change from 'ipure experience program' to 'ipure lucky dip program'.

Thought they would have prioritised folk who missed out last year! :

Didn't apply for that one last year, but applied for the family one - didn't get that though either

I was in a similar situation last year and complained. I applied for Austria and the two rovaniemi the hour they came out on the site and got one rovaniemi only.
